Participants attending the 5th IAJES Summit 2026 in Manila, Philippines may be required to obtain a visa depending on their nationality. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth entry into the country.
Citizens of the following regions may enter the Philippines without a visa for stays of up to 30 days:
Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond date of arrival
Return or onward ticket
Proof of accommodation or Summit registration (recommended)
Note: Visa-free duration may vary for some countries (e.g., Brazil and Israel: 59 days).

Middle Eastern countries not in visa-free list

Contact the embassy/consulate in your home country for specific requirements.
Typically includes:
Valid passport (6 months beyond stay)
Completed visa application form
Passport-sized photos
Summit invitation letter (issued upon registration)
Flight itinerary (reservation only; not paid)
Proof of accommodation
Proof of financial capacity (bank statements, employment letter, etc.)
Submit documents in person or through the embassy’s accepted channels.
Processing usually takes 7–15 working days.
Check embassy instructions for passport release or visa stamping.
Participants who need an official Invitation Letter may request it through the Secretariat after completing registration.
